I watched Dallas Buyers Club last night. Very good film and I thoroughly recommend it. However, I couldn't help but notice the car poster behind Ron Woodroof's character (the guy played by Matthew McConaughey) in his office ...

... An Aventador.

The chronology of the film was about 1986 at the time (Woodroof died in 1992).

Any other movies you can think of set in the past where cars or something else from more modern times turns up?

Bloody well spotted Daz!

A proper faux pah on that one.

I remember there being great footage of a film set in the days of King Arthur where during a joust scene, you see the roof of a yellow van passing along the top of the hedge at the back of the take. Just tried to google it but to no avail.

I's sure the same film also had an airliner visible in the sky at 1 point

Memphis Bell bugs me

every time they land and you see a horse and cart working the fields the landscape is covered with 36m tractor tramlines
