100 degrees fahrenheit in Antactica today.

Minus 100 that is...

Just sayin'

Is that colder than normal ?

It's a little early for temps like that.

July-August occasionally.

-70f is a cold day in May.

Yes, global warming is really happening, isn't it? I mean, 97 out of 100 top scientists can't be wrong! ... but if they are, they are probably going to call "global warming" a climate change now. ... LMFAO

Give plants more CO2 and they grow better. It's their food!

Global freezing would be a more appropriate description. Fookin miserable weather!

The Sun is running on 'cool' atm.

No strength in it.

Combine that with a near 5% obscuration from Aircraft Jet vapour and the weather is shite.

The land is not being warmed well.

Lowest May soil temps at 1 foot depth for any May on record.

Crops will be late and not that profuse.

Shortages this Winter.

Adaptation

Evolution

Certainly nothing for us to worry about or anybody come to that for at least 10k years

we should be more worried about a meteor strike

Although a substantial strike is inevitable, worrying about it is utterly pointless.

It will wipe us all out within 7 days of the strike.

Worrying is unhelpful.

We can do things about the coming cooling of the Earth.

So although worrying is pointless, the 'worry' itself will focus minds so is entirely productive.

Just my opinion mind!

was too keen with my bedding plants, some have died already :(

There is no penetrative radiation at the moment, soil warms at certain electro-magnetic frequencies, these frequencies penetrate the surface warming at about 1foot in depth, these are at an all-time low.

The soil itself is not being warmed.

5 or 6 degrees colder that average... this is a BAD thing.

The sun is recording the lowest recorded radiative power ever.

It seems we are heading down the path of another decadal cold spell.

Not good, 4% drops in a year are stark signs.

I noticed in early may something was wrong... it's growing to be an even deeper worry today.

Tuesday, May 05, 2015, 14:40 GMT - Met Office stats released today show that April 2015 was the sunniest in records dating back to 1929.

212 hours of sunshine was recorded on average across the UK last month, nearly 50% more than the long term average for April.

The previous record was set back in 1942 when there was 205 hours of sunshine across the country.

Should I order winter tyres for the RS4 ??

Which of these produces the most warmth?

150 hours with a 2kw heater on full

or

250 hours of a 1kw heater on full?

:)
