I concur. Started watching it a couple of weeks ago.
It literally was mission impossible and all thanks to the double diffuser, boom!
What astonished me was how they could predict the lap times from the design of the car before they had even driven it, back in the day!

I watched this dome time ago but agree. It’s a story very well told and produced and should be compulsory viewing for anyone remotely interested in F1 and moreso if you watched it at that time. Fascinating !!

Formula One Teams Association. It was a backlash against Bernie Ecclescake for having all of the team bosses knackers in his fist, and squeezing them hard. Ultimately, it didnt happen as iirc, one team boss was offered what he wanted to get from Bernie, then he left and the whole thing fell apart. Can’t remember which team boss it was now, maybe Ron Dennis, or that Flavio fella possibly. It was a significant player though.
Of course, i could be wrong about it all too, but never let the truth get in the way of a good story…….
