S9s welcomes FP Zero Simulators

Can't reccomend James enough, have grown up racing with him and reguarly reccomend FPZero to my network! So many racing drivers have his kit!

I know that there are at least two of us on S9's with FP Zero rigs amongst the many offerings out there but for those of you who just want a turnkey solution and have been considering getting a SIM, James@FP Zero is another choice for you to consider.

James is also a handy peddler having raced for real as well as online and owns a Mclaren 12C so will fit right in amongst us all here.

That’s from five years ago now. I don’t think it still goes on. @Backdraft will know as i think he used to host it too.

It was fun back then - pretty big grids - faded out when the sun came out in the spring…
 
My lad, now 16, lives on the SIM still. It has a major part to play in his ability and success on track proper.
 
I saw it was old but I’m always on the lookout for less serious places to race on iRacing where you can have a bit of banter during the race. All a bit serious nowadays and overpopulated with Verstappen wannabes that will dive into any and every closing gap!!!

My lad actually races against Verstappen on iRacing 🤣🤣

Most of the top end sim racers have raced with Max and other top pro's at some point. What pleases me when I've seen it is that it doesn't turn in to a complete shitshow where Max has a target on his back. They want to beat him but they are of a high enough standard that they don't just drive him off the track etc.

And btw - if we had a S9's sim night I think that you'd easily be able to tell if either of our sons were on the sim instead of Nick or I.
