Champions!!!!
After a very up and down weekend we managed to secure the 2014 SuperTourer Championship.

The weekend started very poorly with James going off on the first lap of Qually and getting stuck in the gravel.
Started race one from the back of the grid with our main rival on pole. After a storming first lap( video link to follow when available) getting up to sixth James managed to secure fourth place by the end.
A higher position would probably have been possible but for one tyre giving up all grip after three laps(this is a story for another time)
Race was won by our arch rival.

In race two we only needed to finish one place behind the 'rival' to secure the championship.
Disaster !! On the warm up lap, one of the wheel nuts failed and the car limped in to the pits with the side wall ripped to shreds. Wheel changed start from pit lane! we thought its all over:=
On the first lap 'Rival' was being challenged for the lead by John Cleland and decided to brave it out on the very wet 'not dry line' Big mistake resulting in a visit to the gravel where he spectated until he was towed out at the end.
We were a very happy and relieved Team Dodd !
